Filem arahan Shasha Omar ini berdasarkan kisah benar yang menceritakan kisah ngeri tentang sekumpulan manusia yang telah diganggu dan dirasuk oleh hantu. Hanya seorang wanita sahaja boleh menyelesaikan misteri tersebut dan menghentikannya. "Malam.... Penuh Bermisteri" bukan sahaja sebuah filem seram, tetapi ia turut menyelit mesej positif.
