1. Mount the ISO to a virtual drive with the program MagicDisc
2. Run the virtual drive and install RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Platinum
3. Make sure RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 isn't open and replace the RCT3plus.exe in the install directory with the cracked one in this archive to play the game without the disc
4. Play game normally and there is no disc required
